LINDSAY LAW FORMS DUE TO YOUR COACH BEFORE THE FIRST GAME
On August 1, 2017, Lindsay's Law was passed in the State of Ohio. This law requires Green Soccer parents to complete the following in order for your child to participate in youth sports.
You will need to:
